Who Are We
The name DDK stands for Dondo Daniel Kgomo which is my name. There are many things that the Kgomo family has achieved through the hard work of DDK hence we decided to name it after me for the legacy of Dan Kgomo family trust.DDK property in the river is not coincided to be there or be part of my property but it's through plan and efforts I have put into it. Most of the people who lived with me for decades know that was part of my plan. As strongly as I am believing everything is possible that one was not a walk in the park to complete. The main secret that has helped me to achieve the project is belief, discipline, focus and not forgetting the help of Thee One above us (GOD).

DDK River Lodge is a private resort founded by Mr. Dondo Daniel Kgomo. The resort is an interpretation of a high-end hotel and villa which offers space for a mellow therapeutic getaway.
The villa can host a number of exclusive events including weddings, birthday parties, all-white brunches, and holiday getaways for couples/friends/family.
The pristine view of the Vaal River is exquisite in every sense; enjoy it with warm potjiekos & mulled pinot noir during the winter season or with a Blanc de Blancs and oysters, Sushi, and goat cheese during spring. The private resort leaves you in total awe of its majestic view.
